The website is operated by Pipeline Crochet, United Arab Emirates. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Pipeline Crochet. You can reach us at pipelinecrochet@gmail.com.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or submit a request. Anyone under 18 must not use the website to transact.
• You agree to give accurate information and to use the website lawfully — no attempts to disrupt it, access other people’s data, or submit spam.
• We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

• Every piece is handmade. Small variations in size, shape, stitch and colour from the photos are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects.
• Colours can look different on different screens.
• We describe products as accurately as we can. If something is unclear, ask us before ordering.
• Products are subject to availability.

• Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Delivery charges are not included in product prices; we confirm them with you before you pay (see Shipping & Delivery).
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before accepting your order and you may cancel.

At the moment, checking out sends us an order request — no payment is taken on the website. We will email you to confirm availability, the delivery cost and how to pay.

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and you have paid. We may decline a request, for example if an item is no longer available.

• Custom and personalised pieces are made to your request. We agree the design, colours, price and timing with you by email before starting.
• Requests are not accepted until we confirm them in writing. Submitting the custom order form does not create an order.
• Because they are made just for you, custom pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as agreed (see Returns & Refunds).
• You confirm that any images or designs you send us are yours to share, and you allow us to use them only to make your piece.

Payment terms are set out on our Payments & Security page. We never ask for or store your full card details on this website.

We deliver within the UAE and internationally. Costs, timings and responsibilities are explained on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. Refunds are made only to the original method of payment.

Please keep a copy of your order confirmation, transaction records and these policies for your reference.

The website, our designs, photos, logo and text belong to Pipeline Crochet. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, or to persons or entities subject to UAE or international sanctions.

We may update these terms. The version on the website when you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
