• Order requests: your name, email, phone (optional), notes, and the items and prices in your order.
• Delivery details: your delivery address, which we collect by email when we confirm your order.
• Custom order requests: your name, email, idea, colour and size preferences, date, budget and any inspiration image you upload.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address and the date you agreed to receive emails.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

We do not collect or store your card details. When online payment is available, card details are handled directly by our payment provider.

• To reply to you, confirm and deliver your order, and arrange payment.
• To make custom pieces you request.
• To send newsletters — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent spam and fraud, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

• Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page refresh. It is not sent to us until you send an order request.
• We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Our staff admin area uses one strictly necessary sign-in cookie, which does not apply to customers.

We share data only with the services that help us run the shop, and only as needed:

• Supabase — stores our database and uploaded images (servers in India).
• Vercel — hosts the website (global network).
• Google (Gmail) — for email correspondence with you.
• Delivery companies — your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
• Payment provider — once online payment is enabled, to process your payment.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We choose providers that protect data appropriately. We never sell or rent your personal data, and we may disclose it if the law requires.

• Order records: as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.
• Custom requests and messages that don’t become orders: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop sending you marketing, or to object to how we use it. Email pipelinecrochet@gmail.com and we’ll respond as required by law.

The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Customer submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and only authorised staff can view them.

The website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
